RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal – Return Deadline
A consumer is entitled to the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.).
The withdrawal period starts on the day when the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the product.
Notification of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a clear statement (via e-mail or postal mail) to the Seller using one of the following contact details:

The withdrawal deadline is considered met if the buyer sends the withdrawal statement before the deadline expires.
Returning the Product
In the event of withdrawal, the buyer must return the product without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of communicating the withdrawal, either by sending it back to the Seller or by handing it over to a person authorised by the Seller to receive the goods.

The deadline is considered met if the buyer sends the product before the 14-day period expires.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) / postage-due parcels cannot be accepted.
Cost of Return
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer, unless the Seller has explicitly agreed to bear this cost or the return is due to defective performance by the Seller.
Conditions and Method of Refund
The Seller shall refund the full amount paid by the buyer, including the shipping fee (up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option), within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the buyer, unless the buyer expressly agrees otherwise; the buyer will not incur any additional fees as a result of the refund.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or the buyer provides clear proof that it has been sent back — whichever occurs earlier.
Depreciation of the Product
The buyer is liable for any depreciation in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The Seller is entitled to deduct such justified depreciation from the refundable amount.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in certain cases, including (based on Section 29 of Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.)):
- products that are not pre-manufactured and were produced based on the buyer’s instructions or expressly at the buyer’s request, or products clearly customized to the buyer;
- perishable goods or products with a short shelf life;
- sealed products which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after their seal has been broken after delivery;
- products which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software if the buyer has opened the packaging after delivery;
- digital content provided on a non-tangible medium, if the Seller began performance with the buyer’s prior explicit consent and the buyer acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal once performance started.
