About Us – FlexCom Communications Ltd., milestones and introduction

With our mapping system, you will always know where your vehicles, loved ones, pets, and shipments are. We offer a complete system that can be used for both business and personal purposes - all without a loyalty period, at an affordable price, or even for free. As part of our service - upon request - we also provide tracking devices, but you can also use your existing devices purchased elsewhere.

What do we offer?

The data provided by customized GPS devices for adults, children, vehicles, bicycles, animals, etc. can be viewed instantly or retrospectively, anytime, on any device (computer, tablet, mobile phone). The data is stored on our own servers, located in a server park protected by security guards – ensuring no unauthorized persons can access it.

The technical IT background of our services is provided by Invitech Solutions Zrt (Invitel Group), and the GSM network operation is ensured by Vodafone Magyarország Zrt.

In a unique way, all our tariff packages offer the same full service. The price of the service is determined solely by the data retention period – which can be freely chosen and changed at any time. For different types of tracking devices (child, bicycle, car, truck, work machine, boat, motorcycle, animal, etc.) you can set different data storage periods, while monitoring them all simultaneously on the same platform.

We continuously develop our system based on the feedback and needs of our users.

Since January 1, 2019, we have offered the possibility to order our devices and services via a web platform. We have significantly expanded our range – with new tracking devices you can now track more than just your vehicles. Devices purchased from us are delivered ready for use, and you may also order installation in your vehicle. We also provide solutions for tracking bicycles, boats, motorcycles, work machines, etc.

Continuous and high-quality service is our main mission. We aim to ensure that the level of the tracking system we operate fully meets the needs of our partners, while complying with legal requirements. To this end, we operate a quality management system (MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2009). The quality assurance process is regularly reassessed and continuously improved.

Milestones and events of Flexcom Communications Ltd.

  • 2024

    As a result of several years of development, we launched our international webshop, flexcom.hu, which is now available in 25 languages, and we export our products and services to all 27 countries of the European Union. Our Flexcom application has surpassed 75,000 downloads. In total, we have received more than 1,000 five-star reviews from our customers on various review platforms. We strive to achieve outstanding results not only in Hungary but also internationally.

  • 2023

    We developed a special safety clamp that allows the secure placement of a GPS tracker designed for bicycles onto an electric scooter. Among our other developments is the FP1410 tracker, which can be placed inside pallets and wood. We released the new 4G version of the FB222 bicycle tracker – the FB224. Additionally, we began replacing our clients’ 2G GPS devices with 4G devices due to the upcoming shutdown of the 2G network.

  • 2022

    In addition to tracking, to meet our clients’ needs, we implemented the ability to instantly send various events in the form of messages. After extensive planning and development, we introduced PUSH notifications and SMS alerts in addition to email sending.

  • 2021

    We introduced our new development – our self-manufactured bicycle tracker (FB222) in its 2G version. The new Hungarian bicycle GPS tracker was covered by major media outlets such as Index, Hvg, MagyarNemzet, Spirit FM, Heti TV, Kossuth Rádió, Hirado.hu, Fóti Hirnök, etc. This year, we also received the Árukereső certificate as a trusted webshop.

  • 2020

    We participated in the Bamako Rally, where we tested both our devices and our services under extreme conditions. After the successful testing of our international roaming SIM card, we began its sale alongside our tracking service.

  • 2019

    Since 2019, we have created an online sales platform (webshop) with devices offered by several manufacturers. We introduced new, more favorable prices and tariffs.

  • 2015

    Since January 2015, we have completely redesigned our system, adapting it to today’s needs and adding features that are useful not only for corporate but also for private users.

  • 2014

    In 2014, our company became the first among Hungarian GPS tracking companies to receive the Hungarian Service Provider certification. The effectiveness of our service is best proven by the continuously growing number of satisfied users over the years.

  • 2013

    In 2013, the brand nyomkovetes.net received the MagyarBrands award as one of Hungary’s best-known GPS tracking companies and became one of the TOP 100 Business Brands.

  • 2007

    We have been working on developing tracking solutions since 2007, initially under the name Skysolutions Kft and from 2011 as FlexCom Communications Ltd. Skysolutions Kft was established as the Hungarian representative of a Swedish tracking company, selling the Swedish company’s software and devices. From 2010, we replaced this with our own developed software.
